Final exams are administered during the regularly scheduled final exam session provided by the college calendar for each term. Deviations from the published final exam schedule for an entire course section must be approved by the appropriate Associate Dean. Deviations from the published final exam schedule for an individual student by the instructor must be approved by the appropriate Division Chair. If a final examination has been approved to be given early by the instructor due to a reasonable conflict justification, the student is not allowed to withdraw from the course if the final exam has been completed.
