This policy regarding Intellectual Property Rights is in accordance with the Bevill State Community College Copyright Policy and Alabama Community College System (ACCS) Board Policy 321.01 and Chancellor's Procedures 321.01 regarding Copyright, Trademark, and Patent Ownership and use derived from the creation and production of al Intellectual Property.
